Delight guests with tempting hot crepes drizzled in sweet syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup original all-purpose baking mix
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cajeta or dulce de leche (goat milk candy spread), from 23.3-oz jar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Powdered sugar, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine the baking mix, milk, and eggs in a medium bowl, whisking with a wire whisk or fork until well blended.
  • Preheat an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the skillet for each crepe and swirl the skillet to spread the batter evenly. Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Place waxed paper between each crepe as you stack them.
  • Microwave the cajeta or dulce de leche in a small microwavable bowl on High for about 30 seconds or until it's thin enough to drizzle.
  • Fold each crepe twice to form a triangle shape. Serve by topping 2 crepes with 2 tablespoons of cajeta, then sprinkle with pecans and powdered sugar.
