Bake juicy chicken thighs with a flavorful spice rub for crispy, golden skin.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then spray it with cooking spray.
  • Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, blend garlic salt, onion salt, oregano, thyme, paprika, and pepper until fully mixed.
  • Generously season chicken thighs with spice mixture.
  • Roast the chicken in a preheated oven until the skin is golden and crispy, the thighs are fully cooked, and the juices run clear, for approximately 1 hour. Use an instant-read thermometer near the bone, ensuring it reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  • Serve the dish steaming hot and savor every bite!
