Crispy roasted potatoes elevate any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg chat potatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
Instructions:
  • 1. In a saucepan, cover potatoes with cold water and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 12 minutes until potatoes are tender. Drain and return to the pan, then add oil and garlic, tossing to coat.
  • Preheat barbecue hot plate over medium-high heat. Place potatoes on hot plate and gently flatten each with a potato masher. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Serve hot.
