Whip up a quick and aromatic crispy beef stir-fry with fresh vegetables in just half an hour!
Ingredients:
  • 35g cornflour
  • 600g Beef BBQ Round Steaks, thinly sliced
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 1 bunch choy sum, cut into 4cm lengths
  • 2 bunches baby pak choy, quartered lengthways
  • 60ml honey
  • 60ml oyster sauce
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 21.00 gm lime juice
  • 1 birdseye chilli, thinly sliced
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
  • 6.00 gm sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, coat the beef with cornflour and toss to coat evenly. Heat a wok or frying pan over high heat with half of the oil and stir-fry half of the beef until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer the cooked beef to a bowl and cover to keep warm. Repeat with the remaining oil and beef.
  • Clean the wok or frying pan. Toss in the choy sum and pak choy, stir-fry until charred. Mix honey, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice in a bowl. Pour into the wok, bring to a boil. Add back the beef, cook until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with chili and toss to combine.
  • Spoon the rice into individual serving bowls. Top with the flavorful beef stir-fry and garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
