Elevate your baked potatoes with this recipe for crispy-skinned jacket potatoes baked in foil for ultimate tenderness.
Ingredients:
  • 6 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, or as needed
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
  • 1 pinch lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste
  • 12 large squares aluminum foil
Instructions:
  • Prepare to bring your dish to life - gather all the ingredients. Let the oven work its magic by preheating it to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Coat potatoes in a light layer of oil, then season with sea salt and half the amount of lemon-pepper seasoning.
  • Individually double-wrap each potato in foil and place them snugly in a baking dish.
  • Roast in the oven until the skins are crispy and the flesh is tender, for 60 to 90 minutes.
