Create a stunning crispy layered potato bake with just 6 ingredients and easy tips.
Ingredients:
  • 8 large Red Royale potatoes, very thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml small thyme sprigs
  • 80g butter, melted
  • 62.50 ml sage leaves
  • 185ml chicken stock
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix together potatoes, garlic, thyme, and butter in a large bowl, and season generously.
  • Layer the potato slices in an 8-cup (2L) ovenproof dish, scattering sage leaves between the layers. Drizzle with stock.
  • Bake for 1 hour until the potato is golden brown and tender. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
