Crispy Parmesan-Crusted Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Crispy, cheesy Parmesan-crusted Brussels sprouts using the TikTok method.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for optimal baking temperature.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread the cheese mixture evenly in the center of a large nonstick rimmed baking sheet. Place Brussels sprouts, cut sides down, into the cheese mixture in a single layer, evenly spaced about 3/4- to 1-inch apart.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until Brussels sprouts are tender and cheese is golden brown and crisp, about 16-18 minutes. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes, then gently separate Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving hot.
