Spicy chili and paprika coated sweet potato wedges - crispy perfection for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, cornstarch, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  • Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then slice each half into 3 wedges. Place the wedges in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat. Add the spice mixture and mix well with a rubber spatula or your hands until the potatoes are fully coated. Transfer everything to the baking sheet.
  • Cook the potato wedges in the preheated oven until they are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.
