Crispy-Coated Lemon-Pepper Salmon

Deliciously easy 4-ingredient grilled salmon ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ lemon pepper panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 4 salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick (1 1/2 lb)
Instructions:
  • Preheat a gas or charcoal grill. Place buttermilk in a shallow dish and mix butter with bread crumbs in a small bowl. Dip salmon in buttermilk and coat evenly with the crumb mixture on top.
  • Brush the grill rack with oil and gently place the salmon, skin side down, on the grill over medium heat. Cover and cook for 10 to 14 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
