Ingredients:
  • 4 (200g each) salmon fillets, skin on
  • 2.40 gm salt flakes
  • Steamed chat potatoes, to serve
Instructions:
  • Place the salmon, skin side up, on a plate. Drizzle with oil and rub salt onto the skin.
  • Preheat a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Place the salmon in the pan skin side down. Cook until the skin is crispy, about 4 to 5 minutes. Flip the salmon and continue cooking covered for another 4 to 5 minutes, or until it reaches your preferred level of doneness.
  • Garnish with potatoes and crisp salad greens.
