Air fryer chicken tenderloins with crispy coating - a delicious upgrade from boring nuggets!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 chicken tenderloins
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Beat the egg in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Combine bread crumbs and oil in a separate bowl until mixture is lightly crumbly.
  • Coat chicken tenderloins in egg wash, allowing excess to drip off. Then cover each piece completely in crumb mixture for a perfectly coated finish.
  • Place the chicken tenderloins evenly in the air fryer basket.
  • Air-fry for about 12 minutes until fully cooked, ensuring the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
