Crunchy baked chickpeas

Delicious TV snack.
Ingredients:
  • 400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 1.20 gm sea salt
  • 5.00 gm ground paprika
  • 3.75 gm ground cumin
  • 5.00 gm mild curry powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 170°C (150°C fan-forced) and prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
  • Spread chickpeas on the baking tray and generously season with spices. Gently mix to ensure every chickpea is coated. Roast in the oven for 1 hour or until golden and crispy. Let them cool on the tray before serving.
  • Place in a sealed container and keep at room temperature for 48 hours.
