Crunchy baked chickpeas

Delicious TV snack!
Ingredients:
  • 400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 1.20 gm sea salt
  • 3.75 gm ground cumin
  • 5.00 gm mild curry powder
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 170°C (150°C fan-forced) and prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
  • Spread chickpeas on a lined baking tray. Season with spices and toss to coat evenly. Roast for 1 hour or until golden and crispy. Let cool on the tray before serving.
  • Keep in a sealed container at room temperature for 2 days.
