Boost your mornings with a protein and fiber-packed muesli mix for a nourishing and easy start to your day.
Ingredients:
  • 6 Weet-Bix™ Gluten Free biscuits, lightly crushed
  • 250.00 ml seed mix (we like pepitas, sunflower and chia seeds)
  • 187.50 ml chopped dried apricots
  • 27.50 gm flaked coconut
  • 1.25 gm cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Mix together the Weet-Bix biscuits, oats, nuts, seeds, raisins, and cinnamon in a large storage jar. Shake vigorously to combine.
  • For a delightful presentation, simply spoon 3/4 cup of muesli into a bowl and layer with fresh fruit and a dollop of yogurt or milk.
