Start your day right with a healthy, crunchy nut topping.
Ingredients:
  • 5 Arnott's Rice cookies
  • 125.00 ml salted roasted cashews
  • 40.00 ml pistachios
  • 24.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 25.00 gm rolled oats
  • 33.60 gm coconut oil
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 20.00 ml cacao nibs
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • Fresh fruit, to serve
  • Yoghurt, to serve
  • Honey, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine rice cookies, cashews, pistachios, sesame seeds, rolled oats, coconut oil, ground cinnamon, cacao nibs, and dates in a food processor.
  • Finely chop all ingredients until they reach desired consistency. Sprinkle over a generous amount of seasonal fruit divided into 4 servings. Finish by adding a dollop of yogurt and drizzling with honey for extra sweetness, if preferred.
