Indulge in delightful breakfast jars filled with creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy cereal for a satisfying start to your day!
Ingredients:
  • 2.20 gm flaked coconut
  • 20.00 ml pepita and sunflower seed mix
  • 1.50 gm sesame seeds
  • 500.00 ml Special K Original
  • 6.80 gm maple syrup
  • 250.00 ml plain Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 passionfruit, halved
  • 1 kiwi fruit, diced
  • 1 mango, diced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Combine coconut, seed mix, sesame seeds, and 2 tablespoons of cereal in a bowl. Gently mix the ingredients together with your hands, lightly crushing the cereal. Drizzle with maple syrup and toss until coated. Spread the mixture on the lined tray. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes until golden. Allow it to cool before enjoying.
  • In a bowl, swirl together yoghurt and half of the passionfruit to create a marbled effect. In another bowl, mix kiwi fruit, mango, and the rest of the passionfruit.
  • Divide 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture between two 1 1/2-cup jars. Layer with 1/4 of the remaining cereal, followed by 1/4 of the mango mixture. Repeat layers, ending with the mango mixture. Sprinkle with seed mixture and enjoy.
