Ingredients:
  • 1.3333333730698 cups French-fried onions, crushed
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the crushed onions in one shallow bowl and pour the egg into another shallow bowl.
  • Coat chicken in beaten egg, then coat in crushed onions. Gently tap to remove excess. Place on baking sheet.
