Crunchy Honey Roasted Chicken Fingers

Crunchy chicken fingers topped with honey-roasted peanuts, perfect for dipping in our sweet and sassy sauces!
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped honey-roasted peanuts*
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or garlic salt
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey or real maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F and prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with foil and spraying it with cooking spray.
  • Combine Bisquick mix, peanuts, and salt in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag. Dip half of the chicken strips in egg, then transfer to the bag with the Bisquick mixture. Seal the bag and shake well to coat the chicken. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet and repeat with the remaining chicken strips. Finish by drizzling melted butter over the chicken before baking.
  • Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked in the center.
  • In two separate small bowls, blend the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce and the Creamy Honey Dipping Sauce until smooth. Serve the chicken fingers with the dipping sauces.
