Whip up a quick and refreshing Asian greens side dish in just 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, grated
  • 250.00 ml bean sprouts, trimmed
  • 1/2 small red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small wombok (Chinese cabbage), thinly sliced
  • 200g pak choy
  • 65.63 gm lime juice
  • 1 long red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  • 8.00 gm brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
  • Combine carrot, sprouts, capsicum, wombok, and pak choy in a large bowl, tossing them together.
  • Create Chilli Lime dressing by combining lime juice, chili, fish sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Whisk together and drizzle over wombok mixture. Gently toss to coat, then let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
