Indulgent granola with chocolate chips, coconut, sunflower seeds, honey, and peanut butter for a sweet, crunchy delight anytime.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 0.66666668653488 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.66666668653488 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.33333334326744 cup shredded coconut
  • 0.33333334326744 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and coating it with cooking spray.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt honey and peanut butter together on high for about 20 seconds. Stir until well combined.
  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats with a delicious honey-peanut butter mixture. Add sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, coconut, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix everything until well combined. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the oven's warmth until slightly golden, around 22 minutes. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
