Peanut butter cookie brownie: a decadent fudgy treat for chocolate and peanut butter fans.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
  • 15 peanut-shaped peanut butter-filled sandwich cookies, chopped
  • 1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted cocktail peanuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.
  • Combine the brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until smooth. Add chocolate chips and cookies, then spread the mixture in a pan. Bake for 24 to 26 minutes until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from the pan's edge comes out mostly clean. Let it cool for 30 minutes.
  • Combine peanut butter chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High for 45 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted and smooth. Spread over cooled brownies and top with peanuts. Chill for 40 minutes until set, then cut into squares.
