Garlic and rosemary-infused potatoes - a crowd-pleasing classic!
Ingredients:
  • 1kg cream delight potatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 20.00 ml fresh rosemary leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 200°C (180°C for fan-forced). Cut your potatoes into 2cm pieces and arrange them in a spacious roasting pan.
  • Coat potatoes with garlic, rosemary, and oil, ensuring they are well seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Roast until golden, flipping halfway through, for about 40 minutes. Serve.
