Make a quick Asian salad with deli rotisserie chicken and fresh produce in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)
  • 1 bag (16 oz) coleslaw mix (about 8 cups)
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles (from 6-oz bag)
  • 1 bag (8 oz) fresh sugar snap peas, strings removed (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup shredded carrots (from 10-oz bag)
  • 1 1/4 cups Asian toasted sesame dressing (from 16-oz bottle)
  • 3 medium green onions, sliced (3 tablespoons)
Instructions:
  • In a spacious bowl, mix together all ingredients, making sure they are evenly coated. Garnish with a sprinkle of onions.
