Cuban sandwich dip: Cheese, ham, pork, salami, pickles - all in one delicious bite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Swiss cheese
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 (8 ounce) package ham, diced
  • 6 ounces pork, diced
  • 0.33333334326744 cup diced salami
  • 0.25 cup diced dill pickles
  • 3 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 (8 ounce) loaves Cuban bread
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine cream cheese and Swiss cheese in a large bowl, using an electric mixer to blend until smooth. Add mayonnaise and mustard, mixing until smooth. Fold in ham, pork, salami, and diced dill pickles until evenly combined. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and sprinkle 3 tablespoons of Swiss cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until heated through.
  • Preheat the broiler in the oven. Broil the dip until the top is golden brown and bubbly, about 1 to 2 minutes, ensuring it doesn't burn.
  • Slice the bread into 1/2-inch-thick pieces for dipping. Enjoy with the warm dip.
