Cucumber and melon sangria recipe

Cool cucumber and melon sangria, a refreshing hot weather elixir.
Ingredients:
  • ¼ honeydew melon, halved, seeded, 1 half peeled
  • 1 kiwifruit, thickly sliced
  • 750ml btl chilled dry white wine
  • 1l lemonade
  • 125ml liqueur
  • 2 Qukes Baby Cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
  • 250.00 ml Pitted Lychees in Syrup, drained
  • 250.00 ml mint leaves
  • Crushed ice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Create honeydew melon balls using a melon baller. Cut peeled honeydew melon into star shapes with a sharp knife. Repeat the process with kiwifruit slices.
  • Mix together the wine, lemonade, liqueur, cucumber, melon, lychee, kiwifruit, and mint in a pitcher. Add ice, stir well, and serve right away.
