Tangy dill cucumber salad - simple, sweet, and refreshing for summer.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 small white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine the sliced cucumbers and onions in a spacious bowl, then let them sit.
  • In a saucepan, heat vinegar, sugar, and water until it boils. Pour over cucumbers and onions in a bowl. Add dill, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
