Refreshing Korean salad to balance spicy flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 2 telegraph cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 7.20 gm honey
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Pinch of ground cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • In a serving bowl, toss the cucumber and onion with a sprinkle of salt for a burst of flavor.
  • Combine the vinegar, honey, oil, and garlic, then toss together until well mixed. Finish by sprinkling with cayenne pepper.
