Refreshing summer smoothie with cucumber, honeydew melon, passion fruit juice, and fresh mint.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 cups cubed honeydew melon
  • 2 cups passion fruit juice
  • 8 sprigs fresh mint, or amount to taste
  • 2 cups crushed ice
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine cucumber, honeydew melon, passion fruit juice, and ice. Add mint leaves from sprigs. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glasses.
