Dairy-free almond maple vanilla creamer: a delicious coffee sweetener and lightener for vegans.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, mix almond milk, maple syrup, and cornstarch. Whisk until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it gently boils. Take off the heat and stir in vanilla.
  • Transfer the mixture to an airtight jar and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Remember to give it a good shake before serving.
