Indulgent one-bowl chocolate cake with decadent chocolate cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Create a well in the center and add eggs, coffee, milk, oil, and vinegar. Mix until smooth; the batter will be thin. Transfer batter to the prepared pan.
  • Place the cake in the oven already preheated for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let it cool before serving.
