Decadent dark chocolate fudge with a festive touch of crushed peppermint candies, perfect for Valentine's Day or the holidays.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips (such as Hershey's® Special Dark)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons pure peppermint extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cup crushed peppermint candies, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix together chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, peppermint extract, and salt.
  • Microwave on medium-high until the chocolate chips are melted, about 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
  • Spread the chocolate mixture into an 8x8-inch silicone baking dish and sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies. Gently press the candies into the chocolate using the back of a spoon. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
