Impressive dates stuffed with blue cheese and hazelnuts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 250g ctn mascarpone
  • 40.40 gm thickened cream
  • 80g Danish-style blue cheese, crumbled
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 10 fresh dates, halved, pitted
  • 45g (1/4 cup) dry-roasted hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together mascarpone and cream, and season with pepper. Gently fold in the blue cheese and half of the chives.
  • Evenly distribute the hazelnut and remaining chives over the dates using a spoon.
