Creamy broccoli salad with tangy dried cranberries for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large heads broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 small red onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cashews
Instructions:
  • Combine broccoli, cranberries, onion, and celery in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, and rice vinegar. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss well to coat. Just before serving, sprinkle with cashews.
