Delicious vegan hot cocoa made with plain soy milk for best flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups soy milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix together soy milk, sugar, cocoa, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy. Serve hot.
