Elevate store-bought sweets with fresh fruit and homemade Baileys and brownie dips for a stunning dessert board.
Ingredients:
  • Iced doughnuts, to serve
  • 50g Baking Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate or Milk Chocolate Melts
  • 250g fresh cherries, washed, dried
  • 250g cream cheese, chopped, at room temperature
  • 125g (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 24.00 gm brown sugar
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Irish Cream liqueur
  • 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) pouring cream
  • 100g store-bought chocolate brownies, broken into small chunks
  • 20.00 ml chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Melted white chocolate, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Prepare for chocolate-dipped cherries by lining a tray with baking paper. Melt chocolate in the microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Let chocolate cool slightly before dipping cherries.
  • Hold each cherry by the stem, dip it into the melted chocolate, and place it on the tray. Repeat with the rest of the cherries. Chill in the fridge for 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
  • Beat cream cheese using electric beaters until smooth. Mix in sour cream, brown sugar, and liqueur until mixture becomes smooth. Transfer the creamy dip to a serving bowl.
  • Create a double boiler by placing chocolate and cream in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water.
  • Layer the brownie pieces in a serving bowl, sprinkle with half of the pecans or walnuts, pour chocolate sauce over them, drizzle with melted white chocolate, and sprinkle with the rest of the nuts.
