Decadent brownie dessert combining rich devil's food cake mix with a luscious ganache topping.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 (18 ounce) package fudge brownie mix
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
  • 1.25 cups cold brewed coffee
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 0.5 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously coat a fluted tube pan or Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the brownie mix, cake mix, cold coffee, oil, and eggs until smooth using an electric mixer. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake the mixture in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center. Allow it to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Gently loosen the edges with a knife, then carefully invert onto a serving plate or cooling rack. Let it cool for about 30 minutes before serving.
  • Microwave whipping cream until hot for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips until completely melted.
  • Drizzle the rich ganache over the cooled cake for a decadent finish.
