Ingredients:
  • 14 Cooked Australian Tiger Prawns
  • 3 baby gem lettuce leaves
  • 1 green shallot, cut into 4 piece
  • 1/2 avocado, deseeded
  • 39.60 gm Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp sriracha chilli sauce
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 3 French Style Brioche Hot Dog Rolls, split
Instructions:
  • Prepare the prawns by removing the shells and deveining them before setting them aside.
  • Combine crisp lettuce leaves, aromatic shallot, and creamy avocado on a spacious cutting board. Utilize a sharp chef's knife to chop these ingredients roughly. Introduce plump prawns into the mix and chop until everything is coarsely combined.
  • Drizzle the prawn mixture with creamy mayonnaise, spicy sriracha, and zesty lemon juice. Season generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, then gently toss with tongs to ensure even coating.
