Spicy Dijon and Parmesan-crusted halibut baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets halibut
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give your baking sheet a gentle grease.
  • Combine mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese to the mixture. Place fish fillets on a baking sheet and coat evenly with the bread crumb mixture.
  • Combine melted margarine, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture over the coated halibut.
  • Roast in the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the fish easily separates with a fork.
