Honey mustard and onion seasoned catfish fillets baked to golden perfection - a simple and delicious main dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup honey Dijon mustard
  • 4 (6 ounce) fillets catfish fillets
  • garlic salt and pepper to taste
  • dried parsley flakes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine finely chopped onion with tangy mustard in a small bowl. Season catfish fillets with garlic salt and pepper, then lay them on a baking tray. Drizzle with a sweet honey and onion mixture before sprinkling with aromatic parsley flakes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, then switch to broil and cook until golden, about 3 to 5 minutes.
