Indulge in the harmonious blend of creamy Dijon mustard and tender pan-fried pork.
Ingredients:
  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 300g green round beans, trimmed
  • 1 x 475g ctn Mashed Potatoes
  • Dijon mustard, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brush pork with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes for medium doneness. Move to plate, cover loosely with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Steam the beans over simmering water for 4 minutes, or until they are vibrant green and perfectly crisp-tender.
  • Prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions.
  • Plate the mash, pork, and beans, then add a dollop of mustard on top of the pork before serving.
