Transform cauliflower-haters with flavorful Dijon mustard-roasted cauliflower, a simple and delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced, or more to taste
  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a large bowl, combine mustard and oil, mixing continuously to create a smooth sauce. Stir in shallot and garlic. Add cauliflower to the mustard sauce, coating it evenly. Transfer the cauliflower to a baking sheet, ensuring to include any shallot or garlic from the bowl.
  • Roast in the oven, giving it a few stirs, until the cauliflower is tender, for about 45 minutes.
