Elevate classic potatoes with a tangy kick from Dijon mustard!
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon thyme
  • 0.25 teaspoon rosemary
  • 5 red potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a roasting pan.
  • Combine olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add potatoes and mix well to coat. Transfer potatoes to the roasting pan.
  • Roast in a cozy, preheated oven, giving it a few turns, until perfectly tender, for about 40 to 45 minutes.
