Elevate egg salad with shrimp and dill, wrap it in a tortilla for a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons creamy mustard-mayonnaise sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tortillas from 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 Count)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
Instructions:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, leaving out the tortillas and lettuce.
  • Evenly distribute the shrimp mixture on each tortilla, then add lettuce on top. Fold in the sides of the wrap and roll it up before cutting each in half.
  • Enjoy right away or neatly wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve, for up to 24 hours.
