Dilled Shrimp and Egg Salad Wraps

Elevate egg salad with shrimp and dill, then wrap it in a tortilla for a delicious meal!
Ingredients:
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 3 tablespoons creamy mustard-mayonnaise sauce
  • 4 tortillas from 1 package (11 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Burritos (8 Count)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients, excluding tortillas and lettuce, in a medium bowl.
  • Evenly distribute the delicious shrimp mixture on each tortilla and add fresh lettuce on top. Gently fold in the sides of the wrap and roll it up tightly. Finally, slice each wrap in half to enjoy two perfect portions.
  • Enjoy immediately, or simply wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.
