Transform your bread machine creation into a delectable dill cheese bread with a crispy crust, perfect for toasting and transforming into salad croutons.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
  • 0.5 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's instructions. Choose the white bread light crust setting and start the machine. If your machine has a Fruit setting, incorporate the Cheddar and Asiago cheeses when prompted, or 5 minutes before the kneading cycle ends.
