Elevate game day with crisp veggies and delicious dips for a healthy snacking experience.
Ingredients:
  • 175g baby beans, trimmed
  • 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 bunch baby carrots, washed, trimmed leaving 3cm stalk
  • 1 bunch radishes, washed, trimmed, halved
  • 2 witlof, leaves separated
Instructions:
  • Fill a large frying pan or saucepan halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add beans and asparagus and cook for 2 minutes until bright green and tender. Remove with a slotted spoon and cool under cold water in a sieve. Add carrots to the boiling water and cook for 4 minutes until just tender. Drain, cool under cold water, and refrigerate.
  • Arrange the beans, asparagus, carrots, radishes, and witlof on a large platter, and enjoy with your favorite dips.
