Divine Yogurt Cheesecake

Creamy cheesecake made irresistible with honey vanilla yogurt.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 container (6 oz) Greek Fat Free honey vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups quartered fresh strawberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. Combine crust ingredients in a small bowl and press into the bottom and slightly up the side of the pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and eggs, continue mixing until smooth. Incorporate yogurt and flour until well blended. Gently spread over crust in pan.
  • Bake the cheesecake in the oven with a pan of water below to prevent cracking for 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, or until the center is set. Let it cool for 30 minutes. Run a metal spatula along the sides without releasing the pan. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until chilled. Remove the side of the pan and serve the cheesecake on the pan bottom.
  • Garnish the luscious cheesecake with sweet, fresh strawberries and refrigerate covered.
