Whip up mouthwatering steak sandwiches in no time for a delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 6-8 beef minute steaks
  • 2 onions, slice into rings
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • mixed salad leaves to serve
  • 163.35 gm mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
Instructions:
  • Combine mayonnaise, garlic, and 1 tablespoon water in a bowl, stirring until well mixed. Set aside.
  • Preheat a sizzling barbecue hot plate or grill. Drizzle the surface generously with oil and place the onions. Sizzle for 4-5 minutes until tender and caramelized. Take off the heat, cover, and maintain warmth.
  • Grill the minute steaks on the barbecue for 1-2 minutes on each side, then take them off.
  • Serve the steak and onions alongside toasted bread, tomato, salad leaves, and garlic aioli, allowing each person to build their own delicious steak sandwich to their liking.
