Spicy beef and cheese dip with jalapeños, best served warm with corn chips.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pound processed cheese food, cubed
  • 15 slices pickled jalapeno pepper slices, to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat, sauté lean ground beef and onion until beef is perfectly browned and onion is soft. Once done, drain any excess fat and reduce heat to medium-low.
  • Add the condensed cream of mushroom soup, followed by the processed cheese and as many jalapeño peppers as you like. Stir and cook until everything is fully incorporated, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a medium bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 8 hours, or overnight.
  • Warm up the mixture in a slow cooker, adding 1 tablespoon of water to achieve desired consistency, then serve.
