Stuffed peaches with fig and pine nut mixture, wine-soaked and brandy-topped for a flavorful bake.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 0.5 cup brandy
  • 4 fresh figs
  • 0.5 cup pine nuts
  • 4 peaches, halved and pitted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • In the bowl of a food processor, combine figs and pine nuts until finely chopped. On a prepared baking sheet, arrange halved peaches cut side up. Sprinkle evenly with white sugar and fill with the fig mixture. Carefully pour white wine and brandy over the peaches.
  • Bake until golden brown in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
